The stages.
Göcek — Sarsala
The old mountain pass at 330 m, then the drop to Sarsala bay — and the same ramp back up. The tunnel is for cars.
Kirme Pass
Ovacık, then ramps over 12% to the 950 m junction. The balcony over Butterfly Valley, Kabak. It goes quiet near the top. That’s normal.

Lycian Capitals
Tlos, Xanthos, Letoon, Patara — four capitals of the Lycian League, two of them UNESCO. Lunch by a Roman theatre. The long day.
Pınara — Sidyma
The old Antalya road over a 650 m plateau, empty since the Romans left. Rock tombs at Pınara, the climb to Sidyma.

Eleven rooms on the hill.
Eleven rooms above Ölüdeniz, ten of them private. Mornings the cars roll down to the club — stages start and finish at NIP, the bikes stay there under lock, serviced overnight. Evenings split between the terrace and the bar downstairs.

You ride 100 km without drama. You climb. Road bike, 28–32 mm tires, clipless pedals.
Fair warning: it’s a proper week of riding. There are easier weeks on this coast — this one earns the swim.
The second person in the room doesn't have to ride and doesn't pay extra. On ride days they're on their own schedule — Hisarönü is walkable, the beach is below, taxis exist. The lagoon, the indoor pool and the cinema room are theirs all week.

How do I get there?
Dalaman airport, 50 minutes. Antalya works with a longer drive. Shared transfers are organised in the group chat — you pay the driver directly.
What bike do I need?
A road bike with 28–32 mm tires and clipless pedals. Rental is solved through a local shop — write to us before you fly.
What if I can't hold the pace?
Two groups, two leaders, two support cars — and every hard stage has a shorter route, called the evening before.
Can I bring someone who doesn't ride?
Yes — the room price doesn't change. The lagoon, the indoor pool and the cinema room are theirs all week.
Where do the bikes stay?
At NIP, under lock, serviced every evening. Stages start and finish at the club — you never ride with luggage and never box your bike mid-week.
Insurance?
Required, and it must cover sport. No exceptions.
What's the weather in late October?
Riding weather: 20–26° days, cool mornings inland. The sea is around 23°. The pool at the house is indoor — we checked.
Cancellation?
More than a month out: everything back except the €500 deposit. Inside a month: no refund, but your room can be transferred to another rider.
