The court and the schedule get decided with the teams once they're in. Nothing is announced before that.

Bring three and a sub. The tournament runs across the three days, the contest fills the gaps between games — anyone on a team can shoot.

Applications close on the first of October. Once enough teams are in, we write to all of them at the same time — court, hours, format. Everything gets decided in that conversation, not before it.
